MHE Maximises Space For The Tokio Marine Centre
MHE’s automated car parking system helps Tokio Marine save space and stay environment-friendly
MHE’s automated car parking system (ACPS) resolved a building parking space issue for the new Tokio Marine Centre, designed to house Tokio Marine’s various business units under one roof.
The major challenges faced in the project included having to maximise the number of parking spaces and incorporating a car lift within a tight space. As such, MHE Singapore proposed and delivered the Dongyang Menics DMF Best Parking System – an optimal solution that created a total of 48 car-parking spaces and two transferring lifts across three levels.
With a design that minimised car emissions pollution, MHE’s ACPS helped Tokio Marine achieve the Green Mark Award, a recognition by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore to buildings with exemplary environment-friendly features.
