Harnessing MHE’s Expertise for The TROIKA

MHE Malaysia won the contract to supply three Telescopic Gondolas customised with three sections and several Rostek Monorail units to the TROIKA, an urban living project 300 metres from the Petronas Twin Towers, listed as one of the top ten most expensive luxury condominiums in the country.

The whole project had a gross development value of RM650 mil, consisting of three residential condominium towers ranging between 38 and 50 storeys’ high.

Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Foster and Partners, and developed by Bandaraya Development Berhad (BDRB), the luxury condominium project boasted a stunning twisting building concept allowing individual floor plans to rotate as the building rose, where occupants would be able to enjoy one of KL’s most magnificent views.

The award-winning unique and complex design presented an opportunity for MHE as a gondola manufacturer to harness its expertise in building maintenance systems, to deliver a solution that would work seamlessly from floor to floor to keep The TROIKA in pristine condition.
