MHE’s Blue Giant Dock Levellers Used in Largest Warehouse in Asia
MHE was contracted by Boustead Projects at the end of 2011 to supply and install 60 sets of hydraulic dock levellers, 60 sets of dock shelters, 60 sets of traffic and dock lights, 54 sets of insulated motorised shutter doors and 18 sets of motorised ventilated doors for a new warehouse launched in the Western part of Singapore.
The four-storey ramp-up warehouse comprised of nine floors of production and office space with a total area of 42,000 sqm, making it the largest logistics centre in Asia to be given the LEED Gold certification and the first warehouse in Singapore to be Green Mark Platinum certified.
MHE was able to deliver according to their contractual obligations and handed over the docking equipment to the customer in 2012.
